Your personal data will be processed and kept by the University of Ljubljana (Kongresni trg 12, Ljubljana) exclusively for the purposes of organising the EUTOPIA Week and providing services and activities during the EUTOPIA Week based on your consent, during the EUTOPIA Week and for five years after the end of the EUTOPIA2050 project. All personal data that we process are managed by the employees of the University of Ljubljana, or where stated by external providers (Ptič d.o.o., Urbana Vrana d.o.o., Znanost na cesti, zavod za promocijo znanosti, Javni zavod Turizem Ljubljana) of training, events or services. If you wish so, you have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and in some cases and the right to transfer.
